This invention is a nasal dilator (10) for preventing outer wall tissues of nasal passages of a nose from drawing in during breathing comprising a pad (23) with a spring member (15) glued on (26), where the spring is between the nose and the pad in use, and the pad is adhesively mounted on the nose (26). The dilator can be transparent or have written or other indica on it.
