<p>A device for ejecting a loaded disk cartridge, comprising a disk drive mechanism which includes a disk table for holding a disk in the disk cartridge and a motor for driving the table so as to rotate the disk in the cartridge; an ejecting mechanism which ejects the disk cartridge from the disk drive means; and a switching mechanism which inhibits the operation of the ejecting mechanism while the motor of the disk drive mechanism is rotated in the normal direction for information recording/reproduction, whereas enabling the ejecting mechanism to discharge the disk cartridge when the motor is rotated in the reverse direction.</p> |
