Described is a packaging container (1) with at least one compartment for bulk materials, the compartment having an aperture (9) which can be brought into coincidence with an aperture (16) in the cap (3). Attached to the label (5) is a sealing strip (4) which is fixed to the container (2) itself and to the cap (3) in such a way that it prevents the container (2) and cap (3) from moving relative to each other while at the same time providing a hygienic seal over the aperture (16) in the cap (3).
