The invention concerns iminooxymethylene anilides of formula (I) in which the index and the substituents have the following meanings: X is a direct O or NR<a> bond; R<a> is hydrogen, alkyl, alkenyl, alkinyl, cycloalkyl or cycloalkenyl; R<1> is hydrogen, optionally substituted alkyl, alkenyl, alkinyl, cycloalkyl, cycloalkenyl, alkylcarbonyl or alkoxycarbonyl; R<2> is alkyl, alkenyl, alkinyl, cycloalkyl or cycloalkenyl or, if X is NR<a>, additionally hydrogen; R<3> and R<4> are hydrogen or a substituent; R<5> is optionally substituted alkyl, alkenyl or alkinyl, an optionally substituted saturated or singly or doubly unsaturated ring which, in addition to carbon atoms, can contain between one and three of the following heteroatoms as ring members: oxygen, sulphur and nitrogen; or an optionally substituted single or dual-core aromatic group which, in addition to carbon atoms, can contain between one and four nitrogen atoms or one or two nitrogen atoms and an oxygen or sulphur atom or an oxygen atom or a sulphur atom as ring members. The invention further concerns a process and intermediate products for the preparation of these compounds and their use as pesticides and fungicides. |
