The piston machine has a number of cylinder borings (2) in a casing (1), containing pistons (4) connected to a machine shaft (3). There is a coming-out surface in the machine casing which is perpendicular to the turning axis (D) of the machine shaft. The supply channels (10) to the borings and two connecting channels (e.g.13) end in this surface. There is a control body (14) fitted axially between this surface and the machine shaft. The rotor controls the periodic connection of the supply channels to the connecting channels.
