To the solid building part (1) with floor (17) and solid walls (3) is attachable at least on tent-type part with one or more floor slabs (16), a support frame (4) and a textile outer skin (5). There is a mechanism (6) to erect the transportable building on an inclined plane and/or a water surface. Pref. the mechanism comprises height-adjustable and/or swivelable struts, as well as floats. The fixed building part typically consists of releasable modules of light building type, e.g. a sanitary block with WC wash basin, and shower.
