<p>An artificial hand- and foothold for climbing practice, comprising a block (2) provided with means (4) for attachment to a wall, and a recess (6) for housing a removable plate (18, 24) with recognition means (20), such that the plate may be easily but not accidentally removed. Said hand- and foothold is useful as a teaching medium adding an educational aspect to sporting activities and motivating young students to learn rock climbing, and is suitable for cultural and sporting activities.</p> |
