PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To effectively detect the occurrence of an abnormality at the initial stage by enhancing the discrimination accuracy of an AE(acoustic emission) signal superposed on a BGN signal (rotary synchronizing signal) having amplitude change and transmitted even when it is applied to any rotary equipment. SOLUTION: When the AE signal from an AE sensor 1 mounted on a rotor is frequency-modulated and radio-transmitted or received, the signal having an antiphase to the rotary synchronizing signal (BGN signal) is generated by utilizing the reception signal, the signal having the antiphase is applied to a preamplifier 2, the BGN signal having various amplitude change is cancelled by the antiphase signal to automatically form the BGN signal having a steady waveform. The AE signal to be superposed on the BGN signal having the steady waveform and transmitted is detected to diagnose the abnormality of the rotor. |
