PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve printing performance by improving smoothness on base paper and a protective layer by a method wherein a varnish layer is formed on the protective layer after execution of printing on the protective layer protecting a heat sensitive layer formed by coating the base paper. SOLUTION: A heat sensitive layer 200 is formed by applying heat sensitizer to base paper 100. The base paper 100 is not especially limited. Paper used generally for heat-sensitive paper is adopted. A material capable of forming an image by applying heat be adequate for the heat sensitizer (S1). Then, a protective layer 300 for protecting the heat sensitive layer 200 is formed. If the heat sensitive layer 200 can be protected, any material can be used (S2). Required printing is executed (S3). Varnish is applied to the printed protective layer 300 to form a varnish layer 400 (S4). Since the whole unevenness is filled with varnish, heat conductivity becomes good, and printing performance is improved. |
