PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a control device of a hydraulic elevator suitable to safely stop the elevator at the time when abnormal speed is generated to the elevator and to stop the elevator before a speed governor works. SOLUTION: A speed abnormality judging means 124 to judge abnormality of speed of a passenger cage and a valve opening abnormality judging means 125 to judge abnormality of displacement of a flow rate control valve are provided on a control device of a hydraulic elevator. A speed abnormality region or a valve opening abnormality region is respectively set on these abnormality judging means, and at least at the time when the speed abnormality judging means or the valve opening abnormality judging means works, the flow rate control valve 9 (10) is forcibly controlled to stop, up-and-down lifting of a hydraulic cylinder is stopped, a rotation stopping command is simultaneously issued to an electric motor, a hydraulic pump is stopped driving, and the passenger cage 1 is stopped driving. |
