PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide high polymer solid electrolyte which has sufficient ion conductivity and excellent electrical connection even in porous material SOLUTION: High polymer solid electrolyte whose constituting components are at least a high molecular compound and electrolyte is present in pores of porous material so as to form a complex. Since no electrolyte is required, mechanical strength is large and no chance of liquid leak is allowed at all so that the complex can be applied to a photoelectric conversion element and a battery element which require long term stability and high reliability. Since ion conductivity is superior and electrical connection is excellent, the complex can be applied to the photoelectric conversion element which requires efficient ion transportation.
