PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To surely confirm an individual by making a terminal equipment for confirming the individual respond to a question progression outputted from a host computer by computing a reply progression by an original conversion formula for the individual and performing confirmation by the propriety of the reaction. SOLUTION: An operator 4 on a system operator side makes the host computer 1 output one question progression corresponding to a customer 3 by the terminal equipment 13. The operator 4 reads the question progression and transmits it to the customer 3 by a telephone 12. An arithmetic operation is performed by the conversion formula for the individual and the reply progression is held inside the computer 1. The customer 3 inputs the received question progression to the terminal equipment 2 for confirming the individual, makes the arithmetic operation of the reply progression be performed by the conversion formula for the individual and transmits the obtained reply progression to the operator 4 by the telephone 11. The operator 4 inputs the reply progression to the computer 1 and the computer 1 compares the reply progression computed by itself with the inputted reply progression and confirms the individual when they match. |
