PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To simply produce a seasoning puree consisting essentially of a sarcocarp only with a pulverizer by removing a pod present on the outermost part of a tamarind fruit and seeds present in the innermost part with a hand and then pulverizing the sarcocarp wrapping the seeds together with an endodermis of the pod. SOLUTION: A tamarind fruit is collected from a tamarind tree and a pod 1 on the outermost side is removed with a hand. Seeds 4 in the innermost part are then also removed with the hand. A sarcocarp 3, together with a fibrous material such as an endodermis 2, is subsequently pulverized with a ball mill, a roll mill, a grindstone type grinder, etc. |
