This device is especially for the complete combustion of exhaust gas, which is secured in the exhaust pipe. It is a catalytic converter which has a radiator, a pump that makes circulate the cooling water in the radiator and its catalytic case has a catalyst in it. Especially in the left side of this device, it is provided with an input which supplies cooling water from the pump, an cooling part which exchanges heats holding the surface of the catalytic case, a cooling case has also an output to remove cooling water into the radiator and the thermostat.
