PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To display desired performance with a simple structure and reduce its production cost. SOLUTION: When an inputted vibration is the displacement of a low frequency big amplitude, in the half period of the displacement, the charging liquid in a first liquid room 5 compressed by the deformation of an elastic body 3 flows toward the second liquid room 6 with a volume varied by a diaphragm 4 through a shock orifice 7 whose flow passage is long and narrow and further in the next half period, the charging liquid flows back through the shock orifice 7 from a compressed state toward the first liquid room 5 in a restoration process and high attenuation by a flow resistance is generated in this process. When the inputted vibration is a vibration with a continuous small amplitude in a high frequency zone, the enclosed liquid absorbs the pressure change of the first liquid room 5 following the vibration input is absorbed and a vibration transmission is broken off by that the charging liquid is moved repeatedly little by little in the idle orifice 8 with a small flow resistance while following the repeated displacement by the small amplitude of a thin film 9. |
