PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve softness, flexibility and heat seal performance by forming a normal state pressure sensitive adhesive tape composed of a undrawn specific tough and stretch film support body and a pressure sensitive adhesive at least on its one surface. SOLUTION: A pressure sensitive adhesive tape being a diaper opening-closing means is formed by arranging a substantially undrawn tough and stretch film support body and a pressure sensitive adhesive at least on its one surface. The tough and stretch film support body is formed from a blend of a crystalline isotactic polypropylene with a chemically or mechanically compatible ethylene base polymer. This film support body has characteristics of longitudinal directional and lateral directional respective secant moduli less than about 3500kg/cm<2> , longitudinal directional and lateral directional respective elastic moduli less than about 5000kg/cm<2> , longitudinal directional rigidity less than about 1.7 and laterial directional rigidity less than about 3.0. Preferably, an ethylene/propylene/diene tarpolymer is used as the ethylene base polymer. |
