PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To increase and decrease the number of installation of crushing blades on a crushing rotor without any relation with the pitches of installation channels and provide crushing blades for primary and secondary crushings to make the crushing particle size finer. SOLUTION: Crushing blades 4 for primary crushing and an anvil 5 for secondary crushing are set on the end of a supporting stand 7 facing a crushing rotor 3 of a monoaxial shape disposed in a crushing chamber 2 of a frame 1, and a pusher 8 for pressing matters to be crushed fed from a hopper 9 onto the supporting stand 7 is installed slidably and movably forward and backward in a crusher. The pusher 8 is driven by a driving section 10 and a hydraulic motor 11. Crushing blades 3 are mounted on the crushing rotor 3 in a manner of varying the crushing capability by selecting helical pitches of connecting the top points of the crushing blades in various ways.
