PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a ballpoint refill capable of stably sealing a nib up to the start of using and simply releasing the sealing state of the nib at the time of starting to use. SOLUTION: A nib sealing member 4 made of soft synthetic resin is press injected fixedly into a cylinder 3 made of hard synthetic resin.
