<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To issue an alarm when the predicted load facter of a computer is over the reference value and to control the load factor so as to be not over the reference value. SOLUTION: In the transportation schedule of a material to be worked on a working line, the schedules of plural materials are predicted by a 1st predicting means 15 and the load of the computer 1 in the position of each related device for working in the working line for the material to be worked and at each time corresponding to the predicted transportation schedule is predicted by the 2nd predicting means 16. The load of the computer 1 which is generated by the function required by an operator is predicted by the 3rd predicting means 17. The load factor of the computor 1 at time intervals at which the noticing point of the material to be worked is passed through each related device for working based on the loads predicted by the 2nd and 3rd predicting means 16, 17 is predicted by the 4th predicting means 18. When the load factor predicted by the 4th predicting means 18 is over the reference value, an alarm signal for issuing an alarm is generated by an alarm generating means 19.</p> |
