PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an electrophotographic photoreceptor having a small diameter, used in an electrophotographic device having a developing stage using small particle size toner and a transfer stage performing transfer through a sheet, and obtaining a high-quality image without the defect of an image such as transfer unevenness and transfer middle omission; an electrophotographic image forming method and an electrophotographic device using the photoreceptor. SOLUTION: This electrophotographic photoreceptor is used in the image forming device using a photoreceptor drum whose outside diameter is <=ϕ65mm and the toner whose weight average particle size is <=8μm, and performing the transfer through the sheet whose volume resistivity is 10<10> to 10<19>Ωcm; and at least has a photoreceptive layer 27 on a conductive supporting body 21.
