<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for recycling glass fiber-reinforced polyamide by which it is possible to improve the physical property of a waste material generated in a manufacturing step to the same level as a virgin material. SOLUTION: When repelletizing a waste material generated in the step to manufacture polyamide blended with glass fiber, the glass fiber is added to the waste material so that its fiber length distribution matches that of the virgin material. When repelletizing the waste material generated in the manufacturing step from nylon-66 blended with the glass fiber, the glass fiber is added so that the fiber length distribution of the waste material coincides with that of the virgin material. Alternatively, 90-120 pts.wt. of polyamide and 40-50 pts.wt. of the glass fiber arladded, when the waste material generated in the step from polyamide blended with the glass fiber is repelletized. In addition, 90-120 pts.wt. of nylon-66 add 40-50 pts.wt. of the glass fiber are added, when repelletizing the waste material generated in the step from the nylon-66 blended with 30wt.% of the glass fiber.</p> |
