<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To make it possible to recycle waste to fertilizers, feeds, solid fuel, etc., by pulverizing the waste, sorting the pulverized waste to two kinds, fermenting sieve fractions contg. org. matter, pulverizing and kneading the transported matter contg. combustibles, compressing and pulverizing the kneaded matter and using the pulverized matter as solid fuel. SOLUTION: The waste contg. the org. matter, such as garbage, fruits and vegetables, is crushed by crushing machines 10, 20. A sorting machine 30 receives the supply of the crushed treating materials and sorts the treating materials to at least two kinds; the sieve fractions and the transported matter on a sorting block 31 which is arranged with plural revolving rotors arranged alternately with plural ring bodies in an axial direction so as to impart transporting power from one end side to the other end side of the arranging direction in the upper part and is formed with sieving meshes between the ring bodies of the adjacent rotors. The sieve fractions contg. the org. matter sorted from the sorting machine 30 are fermented by a fermentation device 120. The transporting matter contg. the combustibles is crushed and kneaded by a solid fuel molding machine 90 and is compressed and pulverized in a compressing section. The solid fuel is formed in a molding section.</p> |
