PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve openability and prevent a lid from curling by adhering aluminum alloy foils to both upper and lower faces of a polyester film respectively having specific thickness and by heat-sealing a lid equipped with a heat-sealed layer on a lower face of the lower face aluminum alloy foil to a synthetic resin container. SOLUTION: Pudding 2 for example is put into a container 1 made of polystyrol resin, and a lid 3 is heat-sealed 4 to an upper opening peripheral rim of the container 1 to seal the upper opening of the container 1. In such a sealed container 5, the lid 3 is formed by adhering aluminum alloy foils as thick as 15 to 25μm to both upper and lower faces of a polyester film 6 as thick as 6 to 12μm and providing a heat-sealed layer 11 coated by 1 to 10μm on a lower face of the lower face aluminum alloy foil 9. Thus the sealed container 5 can be relatively easily opened, while a load to be applied to a cutter blade when a sheet-like lid material is cut into a lid shape is reduced to lengthen the service life of the cutter blade.
