PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce the pressure loss at a blow-out hole, and to prevent the invasion of the water such as a can washing water. SOLUTION: Butterfly valves 18 surface-contacting to the outer end faces of an upper partition piece, a lower partition piece, a left partition piece, and a right partition piece, have the ends of the inclinationαshown in a dashed line Z, in order to maintain the blocking condition of the air holes 30 by their self-weight, and as a result, the inner surfaces of the butterfly valves 18 are surface-contacted by the weights (vector components) of the butterfly valves 18. Since the blocking condition is maintained by only the self-weight of the butterfly valves 18, the blocking condition can be released easily by the air pressure difference more than the self-weight. Even though the water pressure is applied from the outer side of the car room in the car washing condition, the blocking condition is maintained, and since the water adhered to the outer surfaces of the butterfly valves 18 can flow to the lower direction, the water in the car washing condition never flows into the car room.
