PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a stable calibrator capable of being used for calibrating an immunity assay by coupling a specimen specific epitope to other protein or synthetic calibrator. SOLUTION: This formulation contains a chemical coupling part to a complex formable carrier molecule immunologically inactive for specimen or its partial array. This synthetic calibrator substance exists in physiological buffer having particularly salt concentration of 0.05 to 0.5M and particularly pH condition of 6 to 8 of pH. The molecule can be constituted by protein or polymer containing complex formable group. The suitable carrier molecule is preferably macroprotein. The suitable synthetic carrier substance is polymer such as, for example, polyvinyl alcohol, polyacrylate, and the coupling of peptide to the compounds is executed by using corresponding functional group.
