The exhaust noise eliminating device of an automobile is comprised of a cylindrical case(1) and a driver(2). In this case, the cylindrical case(1) is connected to a guide pipe(14) on the one side thereof and to a discharge pipe(15) on the other side thereof and includes a front exhaust chamber(12) to which the guide pipe(14) is connected, a rear discharge chamber(13) to which the discharge pipe(15) is connected, and a diaphragm(11) on which a plurality of through holes(10) are radially formed to partition the front exhaust chamber and the rear discharge chamber. The driver(2) is comprised of a motor(21) which formed in the interior of a reentrant groove(16) and a rotary circular plate(23) which is installed on a motor shaft(22) and forms a plurality of rotary through holes(24) radially. Thereby, the rotary circular plate(23) is rapidly rotated, and when the rotary through holes(24) correspond to the fixed through holes(10), the exhaust gas is discharged intermittently to thereby eliminate the exhaust noise.
