SOLUTION: Surrounding environment sounds are always monitored with a microphone by a multimedia-compliance information equipment, etc., such as personal computers, etc., and information sounds such as door chime and bell of a telephone, etc., are recorded in advance, and then stored in an acoustic data storage means 12. Acoustic outputs of a television and a radio, etc., are monitored with a monitor means, and whether the sound similar to the information sounds is included in the acoustic outputs is discriminated with an analysis/ comparison means 13, and, when occurrence of actual information sound is detected with the analysis/comparison means 13, an user is informed of the detection with a telop display means 15.</p> |
