MANUFACTURE OF COMPOSITE PIPE AND MANUFACTURING DEVICE THEREOF

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve a manufacturing method of a composite pipe in which a resin pipe is inserted into a metal pipe and the metal pipe and the resin pipe are integrated by using filler adhesive and, to say concretely, make the application amount of filler adhesive optimum by measuring an inside diameter of the metal pipe with high accuracy. SOLUTION: Inside diameter of metal pipes is measured by an inside diameter measuring device A one by one. The measured values are stored in a memory C. The application amount of filler adhesive which is suitable for an inside diameter of the metal pipe is calculated by an application arithmetic unit D. After the application amount of filler adhesive which is calculated is applied on an inner surface of the metal pipe or an outer surface of the resin pipe, the resin pipe is inserted into the metal pipe.
