SOLUTION: Absorption liq. spraying pipes 5 and 20 are separately arranged in the top part in a main body 4 of an absorption tower 18 which is provided with a liq. storing part 3 for storing an absorption liq. 2 provided on the lower part of the main body 4, an exhaust gas inlet duct 19 connected to the side wall 4a of the main body 4 and an exhaust gas outlet 10 formed on the top part of the main body, and in the exhaust gas inlet duct 19.
