<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To couple two different types circuits on the same monolithic integrated circuit by guiding a random access memory when the integrated circuit is turned on the use state for the loading of the random access memory. SOLUTION: This device is provided with a loading circuit 20 enabling the loading of a random access memory 19 when an integrated circuit 200 is started. When the integrated circuit 200 is started, a processor 1 including a power-on reset circuit is normally turned on the use state only when all the elements are composed in an electrically normal method. In the initialization step of the integrated circuit 200, the loading of the instruction of a fuzzy logical processor 16 to a random access memory 19 is guided by the loading circuit 20. At the end of the initialization, the loading of the instruction and rule which are usable by the fuzzy logical processor 16 is performed in the random access memory 19.</p> |
