PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To automatically obtain takoyaki (griddle-cooked dumplings, consisting of wheat flour, bits of octopus, green onion and ginger) in a large amount with human's hand by forming a part of the outer wall of takoyaki cavity formed in a baking plate in freely separable state, giving rotation to the takoyaki in the takoyaki cavity when transferring to upward, shifting to outward when lowering to avoid contact with the takoyaki apparatus, repeating the process in turn and baking whole periphery. SOLUTION: A baking plate 1 is heated from below by a heat source such as a gas burner 7, and takoyaki cavities are oiled, ingredients are put in the cavities, flour dissolved in water is poured into the cavities and baked. A projected piece 15 is pushed up by driving a cylinder 16, a stride board 12 is pushed up by pushing up a guide board 14, a foot bar 11 is pushed up, thus a freely separable part 10 in pushed up. A lower end of inside face of the freely separable part 10 is raised, one side of the takoyaki is pushed up by the lower end of inside face of the freely separable part and revolved. When the freely separable 10 is separated from the takoyaki, a rod of the cylinder 16 is lowered and the freely separable part 10 is lowered. The takoyaki is revolved by the same process and the process is repeated to bake whole periphery of the takoyaki. |
