PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a mesh-like foam wherein a foaming state can be maintained even at intersections and mechanical strength at the intersections, cushioning ability and handling property is excellent. SOLUTION: By pushing out foaming resin composition through flow paths 21a, 21b, 21c from a plurality of grooves of a fixed inner rotor 32 into lines with intervals along the circumference, a plurality of first linear foams extending in a predetermined direction are formed. At the same time, by pushing it into lines with intervals along the circumference from a plurality of grooves of an outer rotor 133 while being rotated, a plurality of second linear foams extending crossing slantly the first linear foams are formed. When the respective grooves align in position with one another as the outer rotor 33 rotates, the foaming resin compositions may be combined, so that a mesh-like foam having substantially the same foaming factors at intersections and at non-intersections can be obtained. |
