PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To automatically dispose of a used injection needle in a sealed vessel without any need of a manual work by providing an electromagnetic unit having a built-in electrode for melting an injection needle and moving under the continuation of a needle melting process, and a block for pulling out and separating the used needle. SOLUTION: The slantwise upward panel of an infection needle treatment device 1 has an insertion hole 2 opened for inserting a syringe to be treated. The syringe, when inserted in the insertion hole 2, is placed on the peripheral part thereof and a syringe receiver 3, and fixed with a syringe pullout block 10. In addition, the end of a needle reaches an electromagnetic unit 8. This status is detected and a melting and burning work for the needle is started automatically, according to the prescribed program. A storage box 20 is laid immediately below the block 10 for pulling out the cap of the burning treated needle from the nozzle of a syringe body and then storing the cap. In this case, the storage box 20 is sealed type for preventing the splash and evaporation of an injection solution residual in the needle. |
