摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To remove the influence of variation in the magnitude of a dark current and to enable exact focus detection by compensating the difference in integrated output of the dark current for every sensor based on the difference in the light quantity integration time for every line image sensor. SOLUTION: This device is provided with a photographic lens 1 of a camera, a condenser lens 6, four image re-forming lenses 8 and an image sensor 10. A dark current detecting part is provided for every line image sensor, integration of current is similarly performed as in an image pickup part and dark current compensation is performed by means of the integrated data of the dark current for every line image sensor. In this case, a part of the respective line image sensors is used for detecting the dark current. This is prepared by shielding a part of the line image sensors. Since the output current of this part is integrated similarly as other image pickup part for a prescribed time interval, dark current data for integrating time set in the line image sensor 10 are obtained and the dark current compensation of the image pickup data of the line image sensor 10 is performed by using the dark current data.
