PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To allow a terminal equipment to have provision for an external connection request in various ways even during communication between internal AV terminal equipments. SOLUTION: The system is provided with a CODEC section 101 connecting to a public line and plural AV terminal equipments are connected to the CODEC section 101 via a video exchange 102. When a connection request reaches the AV terminal equipment 103 externally via the CODEC section 101, the connection request information is delivered to the AV terminal equipment by means of a VIDS signal. |
