PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To facilitate the writing operation in an EEPROM by a program operation by performing the mask control corresponding to the writing cycle of an emulation memory for the writing signals at the time of first, second and third write cycles. SOLUTION: Based on the detection results of bus detection circuits 3A and 3B, second and third write cycles are detected, and the mask controls corresponding to the writing cycles of an emulation memory 2A are made to be performed for the writing signals S1 and S5 at the time of the first, second and third write cycles. Therefore, the writing signal in an EEPROM can be converted into the writing signal of an existing emulation memory. Thus, the emulation of the writing operation in the EEPROM by a program operation can be performed by using the existing emulation memory. |
