摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a beverage which is a sort of wine but realized as if different from wine. SOLUTION: Undried oregano herb is added with sugar and they are press- crushed to collapse a part of the plant tissues and dipped in wine and aged for 50 hours. Thus, the spicy aroma and flavor of oregano herb can be added and fixed to wine brewed by conventional techniques to give a new type of beverage which is a sort of wine but realized as if different from wine.
