PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a semiconductor device, of an LOC structure, which can suppress a coupling noise between signal lead terminals for an address signal or the like and to provide its lead frame. SOLUTION: Signal protective branches 100, 101 are installed so as to be extended between a plurality of signal lead terminals 2 from shared lead terminals 4, 6 which are arranged and installed so as to cross tip sides of the signal lead terminals 2. Since the shared lead terminals 4, 6 are power-supply pins, a transition in the signal lead terminals 2 is not generated, and also the signal protective branches 100, 101 keep a stable state. When the signal protective branches 100, 101 which do not generate any transition and which are stable are arranged in between, it is possible to suppress a mutual interference such as a coupling noise or the like between the respective signal lead terminals 2. |
