PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To suppress vibration of a power unit and transmission of the vibration to a vehicle body over a wide wide range of frequency of vibration. SOLUTION: An elastic member 7, and two fluid chambers 13 separated by a damping means 11 are provided between a moving part 5 and a fixed part 6, and walls of the fluid chambers 13 consist of moving walls 17 which can be moved by magnetic force. A magnetic force generating means 21 provided with two electromagnetic coils 25, and two drive circuits 26 capable of energizing the two electromagnetic coils 25 respectively, is provided so as to face the moving wall 17. Further, a switching means for switching the operating state of the magnetic force generating means 21 to the first operating state where the two electromagnetic coils 25 are connected in series to be energized by one drive circuit 26, and the second operating state where the two electromagnetic coils 25 are energized respectively by corresponding drive circuits 26 based on the frequency of vibration of the power unit, is provided. |
