PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enable to mold a low-cost composite molding in a short time by charging second synthetic resin before curing in a hollow part while pultrusion molding continuous fiber along the lengthwise direction of the molding having the lengthy hollow part along the lengthwise direction containing first synthetic resin. SOLUTION: Fiber-reinforced resin raw material 15 impregnated at fiber 14 with first synthetic resinous solution introduced into the cavity 4 of a mold 1 is heated at 135 deg.C by a heater in the B part of the mold 1 to be cured, and a molding 12 having a hollow part 13 is pultrusion molded. The molding 12 is pultrusion molded along a pultrusion direction A from a pultrusion port 4b by a pultrusion molding machine. Simultaneously, second synthetic resinous solution 11 is introduced into the pouring tube 5 of the mold 1 under the regulated pouring pressure, poured in the hollow part 13 of the molding 12 pultrusion molded from the inlet 5a of the pultrusion side of the tube 5, and charged in the part 13. The charged solution 11 is cured in the C part of the mold 1 side in the part 13 of the molding 12, and the second synthetic resinous solution is charged in the part 13. |
