PURPOSE: To use the same foam for both an adaptor and a gun and to change the quality of the foam by installing a mixing and reaction section between the inner surface of a nozzle tube and the outer surface of a nozzle needle on the upstream side of the tip of a nozzle and installing a narrowed section whose cross section area is gradually reduced toward the tip on the upstream side. CONSTITUTION: An annular space 24 coaxial with a longitudinal axis 18 of a nozzle needle 17 is made airtight to the outside by a nozzle tube 26. The nozzle tube 26 makes an airtight state on the right side, and also is firmly connected to a body so as to be attached/detached. The needle 17 is formed into a uniform cylinder on the right side region 27, and is formed into a tapered conical part 28, a cylindrical region 29 and a conical part 31 on the left side thereof, formed successively in order. In this way, ahead of the annular space 24 inside the nozzle tube 26, a conical narrowed space 32 coaxial with the longitudinal axis 18 is formed. The narrowed space 32 is provided, extended downward at a small angle of about 3 deg.. This device is used for generating a foam for assembling polyurethane. |
