PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for nutritious liquid cultivation of a plant such as Wasabi (a Japanese horseradish) efficiently in a short period. SOLUTION: This method for nutritious liquid cultivation of a plant is constituted by firstly providing a fix planting unit consisting of the combination of plural spacing cassettes 11 arranged with one row or two rows of plural fix planting holes 14 on a long and narrow plate shaped major body 12 having heat insulating and light shielding properties, then arranging the spacing cassettes 11 in a water culturing bed 30 in a raw, starting the cultivation by fixing the seedlings of the plant into the fix planting holes 14 and extending the distance between the rows of spacing cassettes 11 according to the growth of the plant.
