摘要 <p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To classify resins of polystyrene, poly(vinyl chloride), polyolefin, and polyester at high precision from plastic wastes by successively carrying out solvent fractionation of the plastic waste raw materials by various specified solvents. SOLUTION: A powdered plastic waste raw material is immersed in cooled xylene to separate polystyrene type resin soluble in xylene and a plasticizer container in the resin from other plastic raw material A insoluble in xylene. Then, the plastic raw material A is dipped in tetrahydrofuran to separate poly(vinyl chloride) type resin and its plasticizer soluble in the solvent from other plastic waste raw material B insoluble in the solvent. Next, the plastic waste raw material B is separated into a polyolefin type resin soluble in heated xylene and other plastic waste raw material C insoluble in heated xylene. Further, the plastic waste raw material C is immersed in a heated m-cresol to separate polyester type resin soluble in heated m-cresol from fillers and other synthesized resin insoluble in heated m-cresol.</p>
