PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a low heat penetration current lead which can carry another current without rising the temperature of a superconducting device to room temperature or replacing the breakage even when a high temperature oxide superconductive body, to be used as a conductor of a low temperature side lead, breaks and become incapable of carrying current in response to the normal conduction breakdown of a high temperature oxide superconducting body used as the conductor of a low temperature side conductor. SOLUTION: A series-connected body is formed by conductively connecting a high- temperature side lead 13, having good-conductive metal as a conductor, and a low temperature side lead 12, having a high temperature oxide superconducting body on which a low temperature terminal 15 is connected to low temperature end, and a parallel connected body with the low temperature side lead 12 is formed by connecting a superconducting conductor 18, consisting of a metal superconducting conductor or a chemical superconducting conductor, between the intermediate connected body 14 and the low temperature terminal 15. When the low temperature side lead 12 is broken and becomes incapable of carrying current, the superconducting conductor is brought into the conductive state by increasing the flow rate of hellium gas for cooling, and a current is allowed to flow. |
