PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enable production of a ceramic green sheet laminate precisely according to the design dimensions and improvement in yield by forming an internal electrode conductor paste film on a surface of a ceramic green sheet after forming a recess on the opposite surface in a specific relationship with the conductor paste film that is printed on another sheet and faces the receded portion when the sheets are laminated. SOLUTION: A recess 43 is formed on a surface 41A of a ceramic green sheet 41 formed by applying ceramic slurry on a surface of a carrier film 40, in a portion where a conductor paste film 45 formed on another ceramic green sheet is positioned when the sheets are laminated. The recess 43 of the ceramic green sheet 41 is shaped to have the same shape as the pattern of the conductive paste film 45 formed on the ceramic green sheet that faces the sheet 41 and have a depth equal to the dry thickness of the paste film 45. Therefore, when a plurality of such ceramic green sheets 41 are laminated, the recesses 43 serve as relieves for the conductor paste films 45, avoiding deformation of the films 45 due to pressurization. Thus, the method is able to produce a ceramic laminate precisely according to the design dimensions and prevent a reduction in yield. |
