FIELD: railway transport; brake rigging. SUBSTANCE: brake rigging has vertical levers hinge connected with brake beam braces on which holders with brake shoes are installed. Lower ends of vertical levers are interconnected by tie bar or distance rod of levers by means of hinge joints. One of vertical levers is hinge connected by upper end with shackle. One end of shackle is hinge-connected with braker rigidly connected with over-spring beam of rail car bogie, and brake beams with holders are suspended from unsprung sides of bogie by means of holder suspensions.
