FIELD: chemical and electrochemical industries, production of hermetic sealing, waterproof and other functional layers on pieces surface used in book storages, exhibition halls, etc for conservation of porous materials and for strengthening of archaeological fragile and loose dropping findings. SUBSTANCE: aim is to decrease process losses of initial material and to create conditions for deeper penetration of monomer vapor into volume of treated pieces. Apparatus has in series located chambers of sublimation, pyrolysis, vapors preliminary cooling and chamber of settling with pieces holders and also mean for pieces cooling made in the form of at least one ampoule with cooling agent. In the case the latter and pieces holders are linked with drive for their rotation, that has capability of reverse. During holders with pieces rotation vapors of monomer are caught by them, involved in rotation and obtain turbulent or laminar mode of movement depending on speed of rotation. So increase of speed of monomer particles penetration into volume of pieces porous material is achieved and presence of drive reverse stimulates it. Rotation of ampoule with coolant allows to expand its temperature field improving conditions for vapors condensation and coaxial position of ampoule with mounted in chamber central part holders allows to level temperature gradient in chamber volume and so decreasing process losses of initial material. EFFECT: decreased process losses of initial material, achieved deeper penetration of monomer vapors into volume of treated pieces. 4 cl, 3 dwg |
