FIELD: biotechnology, production of proteins, vitamins, etc. SUBSTANCE: unit comprises compressor provided with power drive for circulating heat carrier, heat exchanger-condenser, throttle, and heat exchanger-evaporator connected, all of them, in series by pipelines to form closed loop. Unit further comprises air heater, cold-consuming circuit communicated with heat exchanger- condenser. Latter-mentioned circuit additionally comprises air heat exchanger communicated with air heater. Proposed invention offers following inventively novel features: said power drive is constituted by gas-turbine apparatus associated with heat exchanger for heat energy recovery in gas discharge system, said heat exchanger including at least one section. Heat carrier circulating loop, between heat exchanger-condenser and throttle, incorporates heat exchanger-cooler communicated with water circulating circuit. Said air heater is constituted by additional section attached to heat exchanger for waste heat recovery, inlet of said additional section being communicated with outlet of cooler's water circulating circuit. Downstream of said heat exchanger-cooler air/water heat exchanger is installed so that its air outlet is communicated with air heater inlet. Unit can be used to carry out various waste-free energy-saving processes requiring both low and high temperatures for their realization. EFFECT: lower electric energy consumption, reduced weight and manufacturing cost, self-sufficiency and versatility in operation, higher cold accumulation degree. |
