FIELD: chemical engineering. SUBSTANCE: invention relates to heat- and mass-exchange apparatuses in which vapor bubbles through liquid bed, for example, to periodic-mode stills and may be employed at low-scale industrial enterprises of alcohol beverage industry and also in chemical industry and other areas where rectification process is used. Column has an upright cylindrical body assembled from separate shell sections. In sections 2 located in lower part of body, a charge in the form of wire helices 3 is disposed, the helices being parallel to body axis and helix coils having the form of triangles arranged at an angle to each other. Ends of helices 3 interact with distributive arrangement 4 shaped as a perforated truncated cone 5 provided with concentric ridges with their apices pointed to charge 3. The cone 5 is connected through tightening bolt 6 to grating 7 mounted at opposite end of the charge 3. Distributive arrangement 4 is also provided with a second truncated cone 8 made of perforated sheet and connected to cone 5 with its basement and with perforated plates 9 having tangential channels. The plates are positioned above the two cones and arranged at an angle to each other. In upper part of shell section 2, there is a rectangular-shaped bubble tray 10 with overflow fitting 11 installed. EFFECT: improved design. |
