FIELD: medicine, traumatology. SUBSTANCE: method of treatment of knee joint deformity with disturbed growth of femur condyle includes epicondyle extraarticular osteotomy of femur in lateral direction, resection of part of distal fragment on the side of noninjured condyle limited by two mutually perpendicular planes, one of which is located parallel to joint slit, and the other crosses the plane of osteotomy and femur axis, transposition of the end of proximal fragment into formed bed on the noninjured condyle. Formed in the center of injured femur condyle proximal relative to growth zone in sagittal plane is through canal 6. Mobilized on the side of injured condyle is vascular fascicle 3 supplying supersided segment of kneepan 2. Filled with nonfree osteochondrous transplant and vascular fascicle over the entire length is canal formed in injured condyle. EFFECT: higher efficiency of treatment due to improved blood supply of injured condyle of femur and stimulation of function of growth zone prevented early development of gonarthrosis. |
